Check the power cord for any damages and make sure the outlet is working. Try using a different outlet. If the appliance still does not work, there may be an internal electrical issue.
Make sure that the grind size of the coffee is adjusted to fit your machine. Coffee that is ground too coarsely will result in water flowing through too quickly, leading to a weak outcome; coffee that is ground too finely can block the water flow. Check the amount of coffee powder in the portafilter and adjust the tamping pressure accordingly.
Let the machine preheat sufficiently before preparing the first espresso. Ensure that the temperature is correctly set and adjust it if necessary. Check if the machine is descaled properly, as calcium deposits can affect the heating performance. Descale the machine regularly. Use our descaling tablets 6212.9800 for this purpose.
Make sure that the brewing temperature is neither too high nor too low. Check the roasting of the coffee beans and adjust the grind setting to avoid over-extraction. Clean the machine regularly to remove old coffee residues that can affect the taste.
