3. Faults

The device cannot be turned on

Check if the golf cart's battery is properly charged. Ensure that the connection between the battery and the golf cart is correct and that no cables are loose or damaged. Also, check if the on/off switch is in the correct position.

The golf cart is not moving even though it is turned on

Check if all wheels are clear of obstructions and can turn freely. Make sure the battery is charged and the connection between the battery and the golf cart is intact. Check the speed control setting and ensure it is not set to zero.

The golf cart is losing power or stopping

Make sure the battery is fully charged and free of defects. Check the cable connections and ensure they are secure and undamaged. Do not overload the golf cart with excessive weight as this may affect performance. If the issue persists, the battery may be worn out and may need to be replaced.

The remote control is not working

Make sure the batteries in the remote control are charged and inserted correctly. Check if the remote control is properly paired with the golf cart. Keep the remote control close to the golf cart to avoid interference. If the problem persists, try re-pairing the remote control and the golf cart.
